 SecOps module experience: medior to senior level, covering both Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. 
ServiceNow development and scripting: substantial experience with JavaScript/Glide, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, UI Actions, and ACLs. 
Requirements and design: experience writing user stories and functional designs, and facilitating sessions with stakeholders to arrive at them. 
Working style: results-driven, self-directed, and pragmatic — able to switch context quickly and set priorities without waiting for direction.
