6–8 years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on delivery in a Business Continuity Management or Integrated Risk Management context. 
BIA engine architecture: setting up dependency maps, assessment templates, impact scoring, and RTO/RPO thresholds.
Continuity plan and crisis lifecycle engineering: automated continuity workflows, plan templates, tabletop exercise frameworks, and live execution checklists.  Disaster recovery integration: asset restoration sequencing, backup validation, failover tracking, and CMDB-mapped restoration timelines.
