SAP SD/MM Consultant – Bilingual (Japanese/English) – Manufacturing Transformation

We are currently assembling a high-performing team of Bilingual SAP Consultants and a Project Manager (JP/EN) to support an exciting multi-site SAP transformation initiative within the manufacturing sector. This program involves close collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders across Japan.

Role: SAP SD/MM Consultant

As the SAP SD/MM Consultant, you will play a key leadership role in delivering end-to-end transformation success across multiple sites. You’ll manage planning, risk & execution, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, RAID management and delivery governance
  • Oversee vendor/SI performance ensuring on-time and quality deliverables
  • Drive site readiness, go-live and hyper care activities
  • Coordinate closely with business and IT teams across Japan
  • Support change enablement, including stakeholder engagement, floor-level coaching, SOP/training alignment and feedback loop establishment

Ideal Profile:

  • Proven track record as an SAP SD/MM Consultant in large-scale or multi-site deployments
  • Strong experience within manufacturing environments
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (business level or higher)
  • Hands-on understanding of SAP modules such as SD/MM
  • FICO, PP, QM, WM, PPDS, or DMC experience is advantageous

Engagement Details:

  • Contract (approximately 2 years)
