SAP HCM On Premise – PY, TIME, Manager

Rolle: SAP Projektmanager / Senior Consultant (französischsprachig)
Schwerpunktbereiche: Zeitwirtschaft (Time), Personalabrechnung (PY) und Stammdaten (on-premise)
Projekttyp: Neue Implementierung & Roll-out

  • Umfang: Neue juristische Personen in Frankreich
  • Lösungsbereiche: Master Time Management und Payroll (bereits live in Frankreich, Einführung in neuen Einheiten)
  • Phase: Ab November mit der Analysephase (ca. 3 Monate), gefolgt von einer Neubewertung
  • Standort: Vor Ort bevorzugt, auch aus der Ferne möglich (wird noch geprüft)

Anforderungen:

  • Mindestens Senior Consultant-Ebene in Zeit, PY oder Stammdaten
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement (AMS & Implementierung)
  • Fließend Französisch (obligatorisch)
  • Fähigkeit zur Leitung oder Unterstützung von AMS- und Projektimplementierungs-Workstreams
  • Kundenkontakt: Bereitschaft zu schnellen Bewertungsgesprächen

Vertragsdetails:

  • Erste Laufzeit: 3 Monate (Analysephase), mit Verlängerung nach Auswertung

Role: SAP Project Manager / Senior Consultant (French Speaking)
Focus Areas: Time Management (Time), Payroll (PY), and Master Data (on-premise)
Project Type: New Implementation & Roll-out

  • Scope: New legal entities in France
  • Solution areas: Master Time Management and Payroll (already live in France, rolling out to new entities)
  • Phase: Starting November with Analysis Phase (approx. 3 months), followed by reassessment
  • Location: On-site preferred, remote possible (to be evaluated)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Senior Consultant level in Time, PY, or Master Data
  • Strong Project Management skills (AMS & implementation)
  • Fluent French (mandatory)
  • Ability to lead or support AMS and project implementation workstreams
  • Client-facing: readiness to engage in quick evaluation calls

Contract Details:

  • Initial Term: 3 months (Analysis Phase), with extension after evaluation
