Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen SAP Integration Solution Designer, der an einem groß angelegten Transformationsprogramm teilnimmt. Die idealen Kandidaten verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Fachwissen in Bezug auf SAP S/4HANA-Integrationslandschaften und Middleware-Plattformen, kombiniert mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.

Schlüsselqualifikationen & Erfahrung

Technisches Fachwissen:

  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der SAP-Integrationsarchitektur und -funktionen wie SAP Clean Core (CDS) und SAP S/4HANA
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Middleware-Plattformen wie SAP BTP IS, BizTalk, Azure und UC4
  • Vertrautheit mit technischen Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden

Soft Skills:

  • Sehr gut organisiert, detailorientiert und geduldig
  • Starke Anpassungsfähigkeit an dynamische und sich entwickelnde Projektumgebungen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Fragen von Interessengruppen zu identifizieren, zu klären und effizient zu lösen

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Anforderungsanalyse:

  • Analysieren Sie eingehende Schnittstellenanforderungen und stimmen Sie sie mit Architekturstandards und -mustern ab.

Strategie Definition:

  • Definieren und dokumentieren Sie die Integrationsstrategie pro Schnittstelle in technischen Spezifikationen
  • Unterstützung von Funktionsteams bei der Dokumentation von Funktionsspezifikationen

Zusammenarbeit mit Interessengruppen:

  • Koordinieren Sie sich mit den Eigentümern der Schnittstellen, um die erforderlichen Inputs (z.B. Mappings) zu sammeln.
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Spezifikationen und zugehörigen Dokumente vollständig und validiert sind

Überwachung der Dokumentation:

  • Beaufsichtigen und koordinieren Sie die Beiträge der technischen Lieferteams
  • Sicherstellen, dass die gesamte Dokumentation den Qualitäts- und Konsistenzstandards entspricht

Verwaltung der Deliverables:

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schnittstellenanforderungsdokumenten (Funktionsspezifikationen)
  • Entwickeln Sie Dokumente zum Schnittstellendesign (Technische Spezifikationen)
  • Führen Sie Plausibilitätsprüfungen für Mappings in Funktionsspezifikationsdokumenten durch.
  • Koordinieren Sie die Dokumentation der Checklisten für die Schnittstellenüberwachung und der Pläne für die Fehlerbehandlung
  • Pflegen Sie den Schnittstellenkatalog (Projektablagen, Solution Manager & Atlas)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Solution Designer to join a large-scale transformation program. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise across SAP S/4HANA integration landscapes and middleware platforms, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:
 

  • Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and capabilities such as SAP Clean Core (CDS) and SAP S/4HANA
  • Proven experience with Middleware platforms such as SAP BTP IS, BizTalk, Azure, and UC4
  • Familiarity with technical project management tools and methodologies

Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient
  • Strong adaptability to dynamic and evolving project environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to identify, clarify, and resolve stakeholder queries efficiently

Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

  • Analyze incoming interface requirements and align them with architectural standards and patterns

Strategy Definition:

  • Define and document the integration strategy per interface in technical specifications
  • Support functional teams with documentation of functional specifications

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with interface owners to gather required inputs (e.g., mappings)
  • Ensure all specifications and related documents are complete and validated

Documentation Oversight:

  • Supervise and coordinate contributions from technical delivery teams
  • Ensure all documentation meets quality and consistency standards

Deliverables Management:

  • Support creation of Interface Requirement Documents (Functional Specifications)
  • Develop Interface Design Documents (Technical Specifications)
  • Perform sanity checks on mappings within Functional Specification Documents
  • Coordinate documentation of Interface Monitoring Checklists and Error Handling Plans
  • Maintain the Interface Catalogue (Project repositories, Solution Manager & Atlas)
