Snowflake DevOps Infrastructure Engineer – Contract

We are looking for a Snowflake Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to support a data platform environment, with a focus on automation, security, and scalable deployments.
 

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Contract: 6 months

Start: ASAP

Inside IR35
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage Snowflake infrastructure
  • Implement and manage RBAC (roles, users, warehouses, security)
  • Automate deployment of Snowflake database objects
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams
  • Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues

 

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on Snowflake experience (infrastructure/platform focus)
  • Experience with Snowflake RBAC
  • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
  • CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving skills

 

Desirable

  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Exposure to data platforms or data engineering teams
