I’m recruiting for a senior ServiceNow contract role in Dublin, focused on CMDB and wider platform delivery.

Key points:
• 12 month contract
• Hybrid, with occasional visits to site in Dublin
• Senior Developer / Architect level role
• Strong CMDB experience is essential
• ITSM experience required, with HR / Service Desk exposure useful
• ServiceNow certifications needed, ideally CIS / CAD / CTA or architecture-level equivalent
• Strong CSDM, CI relationships, CMDB health, governance and data quality experience
• Discovery, integrations and third-party data source experience useful
• Must be able to show real enterprise ServiceNow delivery examples across multiple environments
• Moveworks, Virtual Agent or ServiceNow AI exposure would be a bonus
