Senior Software Engineer

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join a small, high-velocity engineering team building the first marketing and engagement platform purpose-built for credit unions. You'll own major product and infrastructure initiatives across the entire stack, from React frontends to Node/Express backends on AWS, shipping features end-to-end with real production impact on 185+ financial institution customers. This is a hands-on IC role with meaningful architectural influence, direct founder access, and the autonomy to identify problems and deliver solutions. We need someone who moves fast, communicates well, and is genuinely enjoyable to work with in a tight-knit, in-office environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Building across the full stack (React/TypeScript frontend, Express/Node backend, DynamoDB, OpenSearch) with a 70/30 max split either direction

  • Owning features end-to-end from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring

  • Contributing to architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to strengthen technical decisions

  • Collaborating directly with the CTO, CPO, and engineering team to scope features and balance business priorities with technical sustainability
