SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant – EWM Test Management

Contract Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to support a complex test management and automation initiative.

The client is currently facing challenges with their Solution Manager environment, particularly around test management, integration, and automation. They operate a complex landscape that extends beyond SAP systems and require specialist support to enhance SolMan capabilities while maintaining strict system security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and optimize SAP Solution Manager (latest version) test management processes.
  • Design and implement automated testing scripts within SAP Solution Manager.
  • Support integration and connectivity requirements across a complex, multi-system landscape.
  • Advise on secure Solution Manager architecture and connectivity approaches.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve test execution and reporting.
  • Support EWM-related testing activities, with a focus on decentralized EWM environments.
  • Provide proactive recommendations and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), particularly Test Suite / Test Management capabilities.
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining automated testing scripts within SolMan.
  • Solid SAP EWM expertise, ideally within decentralized EWM environments.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise landscapes involving SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Understanding of SolMan integrations, connectivity, and security considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Contract Details

  • Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Interview Process: Interviews scheduled for next week
