SAP FI R2R Lead

I hope you're doing well. We have an exciting opportunity for an R2R FI Lead to join an SAP Financial Accounting team, with occasional travel to the Nordics (SE, FI, DK, NW).

Key Details:

  • Start: ASAP

  • End: February 2026 (possible 1-month extension)

  • Team Size: 12 FTEs

Role Highlights:

  • Lead R2R processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and drive process improvements.

  • Manage and develop a team of 12 FTEs.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in financial accounting and R2R processes.

  • Strong experience with SAP FI and financial reporting.

  • Fluent in English and must be based in Europe
