Oracle ERP Solution Architect (Finance & SCM)

Next Ventures is seeking an Oracle ERP Solution Architect (Finance & SCM) for a freelance role with our client in Europe.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Europe
Travel: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 months + ext

Description:
Oracle Fusion deployment for multiple countries and entities at client (77 countries +100 entities) International Project (France, India, UK) with 40-50 members. The project is at the end of Phase 1. Phase 2 deployment in November 2025.

Support the outgoing architect and take over solutioning, drive the solutioning teams from solution and architecture perspectives, defining and arbitrating solution options, ways of implementing/deploying, connecting the dots between functional, migration, and technical items, update the proposal (write), and ability to review estimations.

Requirements:

  • Senior Oracle ERP functional Lead with more than 10 years of experience in designing, implementing and maintaining finance and SCM (OM /INV) modules.
  • knowledge of Oracle ERP cloud solution,
  • Knowledge on Finance modules / M2 : Supply chain
  • Management of highly complex project in a international context
  • leadership (7 to 8 stream leads);
  • Understanding of ERP deployment challenges, relationship between streams (data migration, solution, interfaces)
  • SCM modules (OM INV)
  • Finance (AP, AR, GL, CM, SLA, ETAX, FA) and SCM (OM and INV) end-to-end expertise
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle solution and deep understanding of financials/accounting practices and processes.
  • Strong experience with multi-country ERP deployments
  • Significant experience of core solution implementation & deployment and ability to explain, preserve/protect a core model.
  • Knowledge/experience of some Oracle localisations
  • Experience with migration programs
  • Integration of ERP with multiple surrounding applications
  • English speaking / excellent oral and written communication in English
  • Stakeholder management - experience managing a range of client stakeholders to facilitate alignment on and acceptance of a common solution
  • Experience leading blended onshore and offshore functional teams
