ERP Global Process Lead

Kontext

Programm zur Umgestaltung der Finanzfunktion der Gruppe (ERP-Umstellung und Auslagerung bestimmter Buchhaltungs- und Managementaktivitäten an ein BPO / Business Process Outsourcing) für die Tochtergesellschaften und den Hauptsitz in Frankreich und Europa.
Der Funktionsumfang der Transformation umfasst: R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash).

Position
Als GPO (Group Process Owner) für den Bereich PMS (Property Management System, Front-Office-Tool) to Cash (operative Kontrolle des Bargelds in der Gruppe, buchhalterische Integration von Bargeld und Einnahmen in das ERP, Management der Auswirkungen auf die Bankabstimmung usw.) berichten Sie an den Senior Manager of Finance Transformation und haben folgende Hauptaufgaben:

Rolle

  • Nehmen Sie aktiv an allen Phasen des "ERP/BPO"-Projekts teil, einschließlich:
  • Stabilisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Modells, das bereits für französische Unternehmen (HQ) eingesetzt wird.
  • Tragen Sie zur Stabilisierung der funktionalen Framing-Tools für die Schnittstellenflüsse zwischen den PMS-Tools (Property Management System: Revenue & Means of Payment), MTI (Operational Cash Reconciliation) und dem Accounting ERP bei.
  • Einführung des Kernmodells in den nächsten französischen Einrichtungen sowie auf internationaler Ebene: NL, BE, DE, PL (einschließlich der Phasen der Gap-Analyse).
  • Seien Sie der Garant für das Kernmodell. Erläutern Sie die Notwendigkeit der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte, aus denen sich dieses Projekt zusammensetzt (Prozesse, Datenmigration, Schnittstellen, Berichte, Arbeitsabläufe) im Bereich PMS to Cash.
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass das konfigurierte System die Erwartungen der Finanzabteilung / Funktionsmanager, des Projektmanagements und der Benutzer in Ihrem Bereich erfüllt.
  • Helfen Sie bei der Identifizierung und Lösung von Problemen, die während dieses Projekts auftreten.
  • Beteiligen Sie sich an funktionalen Tests und der Systemvalidierung wie konfiguriert (Aufbau und Ausführung von Testszenarien).
  • Fördern Sie den Transfer und die Übernahme des Systems durch die Endnutzer, indem Sie an der Ausarbeitung von Betriebsverfahren / Schulungsmaterialien mitwirken.

Profil

  • Sie haben einen Master-Abschluss in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss und verfügen über mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Cash Management, Haupt- und Nebenbuchhaltung und/oder Audit und/oder in einer Finanzkontrollfunktion.
  • Sie haben bereits eine wichtige Rolle in einem oder mehreren Finanztransformationsprojekten einschließlich der Implementierung eines ERP-Systems in einem großen Konzern gespielt.
  • Kenntnisse der Oracle Cloud ERP oder Oracle E-Business Suite sind von großem Vorteil.
  • Sie sind vertraut mit der Analyse und Verarbeitung von Geschäfts- und Buchhaltungsdaten aus verschiedenen Quellen/Tools für funktionale Rahmungszwecke: Identifizierung von Diskrepanzen, Analyse der Ursachen und Vorschlag von Korrekturmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen funktionalen und technischen Mitarbeitern.

Context

Group Finance function transformation program (ERP change and outsourcing of certain accounting and management activities to a BPO / Business Process Outsourcing) for its subsidiary entities and HQ, in France and Europe.
The functional scope of the transformation includes: R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash).

Position
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, as the GPO (Group Process Owner) for the PMS (Property Management System, front office tool) to Cash domain (operational control of Cash at the group, accounting integration of Cash and Revenue into the ERP, management of impacts on bank reconciliation, etc.), your main missions will be:

Role

  • Actively participate in all phases of the "ERP/BPO" project, including:
  • Stabilization & continuous improvement of the model already deployed for French entities (HQ).
  • Contribute to the stabilization of functional framing tools for interface flows between the PMS tools (Property Management System: Revenue & Means of payment), MTI (Operational Cash Reconciliation), and the Accounting ERP.
  • Deployment of the Core Model to the next French entities as well as internationally: NL, BE, DE, PL (including Gap Analysis phases).
  • Be the guarantor of the Core Model. Express the need for each of the workstreams making up this project (process, data migration, interfaces, reporting, workflow) in the PMS to Cash domain.
  • Ensure that the configured system meets the expectations of the Finance Department / functional managers, the Project Management, and the Users in your domain.
  • Help identify and resolve issues encountered throughout this project.
  • Participate in functional tests and system validation as configured (Construction and execution of test scenarios).
  • Promote the transfer and adoption of the system by end-users by contributing to the drafting of operating procedures / training materials.

Profile

  • Holding a Master's degree in Finance-Accounting or equivalent, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cash Management, General and Subsidiary Accounting, and/or Audit, and/or in a financial control function.
  • You have already held a major role in one or more Finance Transformation projects including the implementation of an ERP within a large-scale Group.
  • Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite is a real asset.
  • You are comfortable with the analysis and processing of business and accounting data from different sources/tools for functional framing purposes: identifying discrepancies, analyzing causes, and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with other functional and technical contributors.
  • Are you autonomous with a team spirit? Are you curious and able to adapt to a changing environment?
  • Finally, are you proactive and is your level of English fluent?
