Oracle Project Manager

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead complex Oracle transformation programmes for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for driving successful delivery across Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder management, commercial control, and programme execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementation programmes.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, controls, risk management, and reporting structures.
  • Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams across onsite, offshore, and global delivery locations.
  • Coordinate all project phases including design, build, testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery of fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements.
  • Oversee Oracle Cloud environment planning and programme readiness activities.
  • Support commercial management, change control, and programme governance processes.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution planning, and project estimation where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of Oracle SaaS and/or Oracle EBS Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle ERP and HCM implementation projects within a System Integrator environment.
  • Experience delivering at least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation programmes.
  • Experience leading global and multi-pillar Oracle transformation programmes.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and customer management skills.
  • Experience managing distributed, remote, and global project teams.
  • Proven track record managing both Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and delivery best practices.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
