• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the functional stream within a global program composed of multiple interdependent streams
• Plan, execute, and control functional stream scope, milestones, deliverables, allocation of internal and external resources, and timelines in alignment with overall program objectives and plan.
• Coordinate closely with the PMO, the Project Coordinator and other functional stream leads to ensure integration, dependency management, and alignment
• Identify, manage, and escalate functional stream’s risks, issues, changes, and dependencies impacting the global program
• Work closely with Functional Leads and jointly act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders within the functional stream scope, ensuring effective collaboration, including onsite when required.
• Collaborate closely with designated business focal points to ensure their engagement, availability, and commitment throughout the relevant project phases.
• Work closely with others functional stream PMs to ensure the duly coverage of end-to-end processes and interdependencies of cross-domain subjects during the different stages of the project
• Manage internal and external resources for functional stream activities, including vendors and the integrator for interfaces with external applications
• Ensure functional stream deliverables meet agreed quality standards and acceptance criteria
• Provide accurate and timely status reporting, forecasts, and inputs to program‑level governance
• Support integration testing, cutover, go‑live, transition, and formal functional stream closure activities

• Degree in an IT, Engineering or other relevant subject.
• At least 10 years’ experience in project management, delivering large and/or global projects
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is highly recommended.
• JIRA tool experience
• You have a demonstratable ability to listen and respond effectively to the needs of the Program Governance team and demonstrate initiative and anticipation skills (e.g., significant experience in interacting with the business functions such as Finance, Purchasing and Engineering departments as part of a PM or similar role)
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to drive people to make timely and appropriate decisions.
• Paris region based or ability to work from Paris office (the role will be based in Nanterre)
• The role requires some travel to work on‑site with stakeholders, as needed (United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, etc...)
