Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant

Start Date: Immediate
Location: Europe
Duration: 6-12 months

Description:
Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with 15–20 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM Planning (Demand Management, Supply Planning, and S&OP).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects, with at least two full lifecycle planning implementations.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Demand Management and Supply Planning
  • Proven consulting and business analysis skills to:
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Lead fit-gap analysis and business process design
  • Manage Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)
  • Perform functional configuration
  • Lead and manage testing activities for Oracle Cloud ERP solutions

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Oracle Demand Management and S&OP Cloud, including:
  • Forecast tuning
  • Segmentation
  • Planning processes
  • 2–3 years of Oracle ERP SCM Cloud implementation experience, including acting as a workstream lead for:
  • Supply Chain Planning
  • Demand Management & Supply Planning
  • Plan-to-Produce business processes
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing Supply Chain Planning Cloud (Demand Management & Supply Planning)
