Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant (APEX / OIC)

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2+ days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 months initial contract (extension likely)
Language: Dutch required
Start: Flexible / ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant to support the delivery of an ongoing Oracle Fusion ERP project for a key customer in Belgium.

This role will take technical ownership of integrations, extensions, and application development, ensuring high-quality solutions are designed and delivered on time. You will act as the technical lead, coordinating with nearshore/offshore teams and accelerating project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical design and delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions

  • Develop and support APEX applications, integrations, and extensions

  • Design and build PL/SQL-based solutions

  • Lead technical architecture and solution design decisions

  • Brief and coordinate nearshore/offshore development teams

  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and customer stakeholders

  • Ensure delivery milestones are met and provide added value to the project

  • Support enhancements and continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP technical development

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Oracle APEX

    • Integrations & extensions

    • PL/SQL

  • Experience designing and implementing ERP integrations

  • Ability to own technical design end-to-end

  • Experience working with distributed (onshore/nearshore/offshore) teams

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

  • Dutch language (spoken and written) – mandatory

  • Able to work onsite in Brussels multiple days per week

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud technical stack (OIC, REST/SOAP, BI, etc.)

  • Previous ERP implementation or transformation projects

  • Leadership or technical coordination experience
