Next Ventures is currently supporting a Global Chemical Manufacturing Organisation in finding a Cornerstone OnDemand SME.

The ideal candidate is very experienced with the Recruitment module in Cornerstone and is able to guide the business through the transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and enhancement of Cornerstone Recruitment Module
• Manage data migrations, platform handovers, and large-scale user transitions
• Build integrations and APIs (Edge Import, Web Services) and associated middleware
• Develop automated reporting (e.g. Power BI) for HR and business analytics
• Redesign user journeys — onboarding, learning assignments, self-serve processes
• Advise on best practices and provide level 2/3 support to admins and end users
• Deliver custom projects and bespoke solutions as needed
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
• Experience with PowerBI Reporting
