ACM Consultant (Adoption & Change Management) - 6 months+

For a large organisation based in Germany we are looking for several Adoption & Change Management consultants to support on a 6 month extendable contract. Working alongside technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and end users, you will lead adoption strategies, create engaging learning experiences, and foster a culture of AI innovation that delivers measurable business outcomes.

  • 100% remote but must be based in Germany
  • German fluent and English language skills

The Role

  • Develop and deliver change management and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Create training, enablement materials, and user guidance to support AI adoption.
  • Deliver workshops, demonstrations, office hours, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Lead Champion and Agent programmes to drive sustainable adoption and community engagement.
  • Execute communication and adoption campaigns to promote AI awareness and usage.
  • Support rollout planning through persona-based adoption activities and organisational readiness.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to continuously improve engagement and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to support adoption workstreams and successful programme delivery.
  • Contribute to AI culture transformation across the organisation.

Your Experience

  • 4+years experience 
  • Experience supporting a large scale migration
  • Proven experience delivering Adoption & Change Management (ACM) programmes within enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies, with PROSCI certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including supporting AI agent adoption and enablement.
  • Demonstrable experience leading Digital Transformation initiatives, with a focus on organisational culture change and AI adoption.
