Summary Description: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our Human Resources Information System. This role will act as the primary point of contact for HR systems administration, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous system improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with an understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements Description:

  • 2–5+ years of HRIS administration experience

  • Experience supporting at least one enterprise HR system (Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

  • Strong reporting skills (Excel required; experience with system report writing preferred)

  • Understanding of core HR processes (employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll integration)

  • Experience with data management and maintaining data accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Tasks Description: 

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, SuccessFactors)

  • Manage user access, security roles, and system configurations

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across employee records

  • Support HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams with reporting and analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards, scheduled reports, and ad hoc reporting

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed

  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing (UAT)

  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows

  • Assist with audits and compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, etc.)

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
