About the Opportunity

We build advanced simulation environments that allow AI agents to practice complex, real-world tasks and improve through reinforcement learning. Our systems and high-quality training data support leading AI research teams in advancing agent capabilities at scale.

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) to help scale and optimize our data operations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys building scalable systems from the ground up.

As an SPL, you will own the end-to-end production of reinforcement learning training data — from translating customer specifications into execution plans through final delivery. Your work will directly influence data quality, operational efficiency, revenue performance, and margin expansion.


What You’ll Do

  • Own complex, end-to-end data production pipelines from requirements gathering to final output

  • Design and implement automation and workflow improvements to increase throughput, quality, and scalability

  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership during a period of rapid expansion

  • Recruit, manage, and deploy high-skill talent across AI data initiatives

  • Establish operational frameworks that balance quality, speed, and cost efficiency

  • Drive measurable improvements in performance across systems and teams

This role requires a deep commitment to both quality and velocity. You will apply analytical rigor, quantitative reasoning, strong judgment, and creative problem-solving to move data efficiently through complex systems — often with incomplete information.


About You

You are an entrepreneurial operator who is comfortable diving into details while maintaining accountability for outcomes. You are energized by high-intensity, high-impact work and motivated by accelerating progress at the frontier of AI.

Ideally, you bring:

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset for improving systems and processes

  • Technical fluency (experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred)

  • Experience hiring, coaching, and managing fast-paced teams

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and iteration

  • A genuine interest in advancing AI systems and applied machine learning
