ServiceNow CSM Architect

One of my key clients are currently hiring for a ServiceNow CSM Architect.

DETAILS

  • Fully remote
  • ASAP Start
  • Will need to work some hours in EST time zone
  • You will need to be fluent French
  • Initial 6 month contract, extensions expected
  • Rate open, depending on experience

THE ROLE

The ServiceNow CSM Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their customer service needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of CSM functionalities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership on CSM trends and innovations.
  • Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating CSM capabilities and developing proposals.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to solution designs and client engagements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow and Customer Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of CSM workflows, integrations, and customizations.
