ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Functional Expert (French Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Functional Expert to join a large enterprise organisation. 
This is a 3-month rolling contract on a long-term project expected to run for approximately 3 years.
The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to client sites in Paris. French speaking is mandatory.

The Role

• Lead functional CMDB and CSDM activities within ServiceNow
• Drive CMDB governance, data quality, and service modelling best practices
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and processes
• Support alignment across ITSM, ITOM, and broader operational teams
• Facilitate workshops and provide functional guidance to delivery teams
• Contribute to service mapping, CI modelling, and overall CMDB maturity improvements

Skills Required

• Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
• Proven experience delivering CMDB transformation/governance programmes
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes
• Experience with CI modelling, service mapping, and CMDB data quality
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Fluent French and professional English communication skills
• Previous experience in large enterprise ServiceNow environments preferred
