The Opportunity

As an SAP SuccessFactors (Senior) Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering HR transformation initiatives for a broad portfolio of customers.

Working across implementation, optimisation, advisory, and rollout projects, you will help customers translate business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.

This position offers a combination of customer consulting, solution design, configuration, project delivery, and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Analyse business requirements and develop tailored solution concepts.
  • Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors modules based on customer needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Manage project deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Support rollout, integration, and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to customer presentations, solution discussions, and pre-sales activities.
  • Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and industry best practices.

Your Profile

You will typically bring:

  • Several years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and their implementation within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.
  • Fluent German and strong English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region.
