The Opportunity

As a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation programmes for enterprise customers across manufacturing, retail, life sciences, technology and other industries.

You will work alongside experienced SAP specialists, enterprise architects and transformation experts, helping customers navigate complex business and technology challenges while leveraging the latest SAP innovations.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Business-Critical SAP Transformation Programmes

  • Facilitate workshops to analyse, design and optimise end-to-end logistics processes.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA migrations, system consolidations and carve-out projects.
  • Advise stakeholders on logistics transformation strategies and best practices.
  • Design future-state business processes and SAP solution architectures.
  • Drive process harmonisation across international business environments.
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution proposals.
  • Take ownership of workstreams and assume (sub-)project leadership responsibilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the transformation practice.

Your Profile

You are an experienced SAP professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and working closely with customers.

You bring:

  • Several years of experience as an SAP Consultant, SAP In-house Consultant or SAP Developer.
  • Strong business process understanding within SAP Logistics.
  • Hands-on Customising experience within one or more SAP Logistics modules.
  • Experience working on SAP implementation, transformation or migration projects.
  • SAP S/4HANA project experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset and consultative approach.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region when required.
