Senior SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the digital transformation of HR processes for a range of customers. The role combines functional consulting, solution design, and hands-on project delivery within complex HR system landscapes.

You will work closely with clients to improve and further develop SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, contributing both to ongoing implementations and new transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting and support for new and existing customers (remote and on-site)
  • Further development and optimisation of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors landscapes
  • Taking ownership of (sub-)projects within customer implementations
  • Gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions
  • Designing and documenting solution concepts and system architectures
  • Running workshops, training sessions, test phases, and client presentations
  • Supporting pre-sales and sales activities through solution input and expertise
  • Developing innovative HR process and system solutions within SAP environments

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, OM, PT, TRV)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ideally Employee Central)
  • Understanding of SAP architecture and related technologies (e.g. ABAP, UI5)
  • Exposure to SAP BTP or cloud-based HR solutions is an advantage
  • Proven experience leading (sub-)projects in customer environments
  • Strong consulting mindset with customer-facing experience (workshops, training, advisory)
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
  • Interest in continuous learning and evolving HR technologies
