Hi,

I'm looking for our client, a global consultancy company is looking for their client in the finance industry for a Senior Python Developer.

Responsabilities:

• SQL Queries: Build and optimize complex SQL queries to manage and extract client data from databases.

• Statistical model review: Review existing Python-coded financial risk calculation module

• Implementation of new features in Python: Perform evolution tasks in Python for financial risk calculation module.

• ETL Processes: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data processing.

• Data and Process Analysis: Use critical thinking to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Skills Required:

• Expert Python skills (experience with API integration is a plus).

• Knowledge of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Expertise in financial market risk calculation models

• Knowledge of investment management is a plus and will be highly valued.

• Experience with automated data management

• Basic knowledge of GIT.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

Details:

• Contract : Freelance

• Start date: ASAP

• Duration: 3-6 months + extension

• Location: Luxembourg

• Language: English, French (Bonus)

• Conditions: Hybrid

• Rate: Depending on experience
