Location: New York City (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of core products at a fast-growing health tech startup based in NYC. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders and will play a critical role in shaping products that improve healthcare outcomes, workflows, and user experiences.
You will own product vision and execution end-to-end—translating complex healthcare needs into intuitive, scalable, and compliant digital solutions.
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration
Partner closely with engineering, design, data, clinical, and go-to-market teams
Conduct user research with providers, patients, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions
Translate healthcare, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear product specifications
Define success metrics and analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative data
Manage tradeoffs across speed, scope, and quality in a fast-paced startup environment
Communicate product vision, progress, and decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
Ensure products meet security, privacy, and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)
6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in health tech or regulated industries
Proven experience shipping and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products
Strong ability to work with engineers on technical concepts, APIs, data models, and platform tradeoffs
Experience driving product decisions using data, user feedback, and business objectives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
Passion for improving healthcare through technology
Experience with EHRs, clinical workflows, revenue cycle, or payer/provider systems
Familiarity with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7)
Prior startup experience from early or growth-stage companies
Background working with designers on UX for complex workflows
Build products that meaningfully improve healthcare delivery and outcomes
