Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid – Home Office & Nuremberg, Germany (1x per month onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: €90,000 – €120,000 per year (all-inclusive, no variable components)


About the Role

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join a dynamic HR IT team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions for clients, advising on HR processes, and delivering full-cycle project implementations.

This is a hybrid, permanent role in a collaborative environment that values work-life balance, professional growth, and employee wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking according to client requirements

  • Translate business requirements into practical solutions with best-practice recommendations

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and solution-oriented guidance

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations

  • Support proposal work and contribute to winning new projects

  • Participate in end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth integration with Payroll and Employee Central


Your Profile

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation and configuration

  • Experience in support & ticket management

  • Consulting experience in SuccessFactors modules

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and time management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking certification

  • Knowledge of Employee Central and SAP HCM (Personnel Time – PT)

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management

  • Conducting workshops and training sessions

  • Full-cycle project experience (end-to-end implementations)

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors projects

  • At least 3 full-cycle end-to-end implementations

  • Analytical mindset, client-focused, team-oriented
