Remote within Germany | Large Enterprise Projects

The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing SAP-focused consulting team delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects for enterprise clients (1,000+ employees) across the DACH region. This role offers a high level of flexibility, strong exposure across multiple SuccessFactors modules, and a genuine investment in your long-term development.

Unlike many consulting roles, you won’t be locked into a single module. You’ll have the opportunity to work end-to-end across the SuccessFactors suite, making this an ideal role for consultants who want to broaden their expertise and accelerate their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects for large enterprise clients

  • Work across multiple SF modules (depending on project needs and interest)

  • Support project phases including design, configuration, testing, and go-live

  • Collaborate closely with internal consultants and client stakeholders

  • Participate in occasional on-site workshops or project kick-offs (typically ~once per month, flexible)

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience

  • Experience with one or more SF modules (cross-module interest is a strong plus)

  • Open to learning new modules and expanding your functional skill set

  • Comfortable working in a remote consulting environment

  • German and English skills are beneficial, but not mandatory
