SAP S2P Lead Consultant

Location: Sweden (Remote with occasional onsite in Malmö, Copenhagen, or Stockholm)
Contract Duration: Initial 6 months + extensions
Start Date: First week of May
Language Requirements: English (mandatory), Swedish (preferred)

Overview

A global consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP S2P Lead Consultant to support two major transformation programmes within a regulated environment. The role will involve leading solution design, delivery, and stakeholder engagement across concurrent SAP initiatives.

Project Allocation

  • 40% Allocation: SAP RISE Private Cloud – Template Build
  • 60% Allocation: SAP S/4HANA Upgrade & Rollouts

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes within SAP
  • Drive template build activities as part of the SAP RISE Private Cloud programme
  • Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade and international rollout activities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into functional solutions
  • Ensure alignment with global templates, standards, and best practices
  • Provide leadership across workshops, solution design, and delivery phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and IT
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly within GxP environments
  • Support testing cycles, data migration validation, and go-live activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years SAP S2P (Source-to-Pay) consulting experience
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, including upgrade and rollout programmes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP RISE Private Cloud, particularly template build activities
  • Strong background working in GxP-regulated environments (e.g., Pharma, Life Sciences)
  • Expertise across S2P components (e.g., Procurement, Supplier Management, Invoice Management)
  • Experience leading workshops and managing senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration points
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
