SAP PM / EAM Functional Consultant – S/4HANA

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP PM / EAM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations. The ideal candidate combines deep functional knowledge with strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
You will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing SAP PM solutions, supporting project delivery activities, and ensuring seamless integration with related SAP modules.

Location
Stockholm or Trollhättan, Sweden
Remote work is possible, though occasional travel to Stockholm will be required.

7 months contract -option to extend

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP S/4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations and migration projects.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Configure SAP PM modules based on business needs and support custom solution design.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, super users, developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support project phases including blueprinting, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure high-quality project documentation and alignment with project objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical/functional consultants.
  • Support integration between SAP PM and related SAP modules, especially MM (Materials Management).
  • Participate in agile delivery teams following Scrum methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP PM in implementation and/or support roles.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance.
  • Proven experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Solid understanding of SAP PM standard processes and S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration flows and cross-module processes.
  • Experience writing functional specifications, blueprints, and requirement documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects.
  • Basic ABAP knowledge for troubleshooting and understanding custom developments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale SAP customizations and enhancements.
