Senior SAP PM/EAM Consultant – SAP S/4 Transformation

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced German spaking SAP PM EAM SME.

9 months contract staring asap
Fluent German speaker required.
Remote working role (may be requested for client visit to Sweden).
 
Key Requirements
 

  • Extensive experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from a business process perspective
  • Senior SAP PM/EAM consultant with strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise
  • Proven expertise in Work Clearance Management (WCM) and Permit to Work (PTW)
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and user adoption activities
  • Strong background in business-oriented QA, including end-to-end test scope validation and test script creation
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across business and IT workstreams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory

Profile
 

  • Senior-level consultant capable of driving workshops and managing business stakeholders independently
  • Experience working in complex international transformation environments
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and operational business processes
  • Deep SAP PM/EAM + S/4HANA delivery
  • Strong WCM/PTW expertise
  • Business-side QA/testing ownership
  • OCM/adoption experience

Key signals the client is prioritizing:

  • Large-scale S/4 transformation exposure from the business/process side, not just technical configuration
  • End-to-end maintenance process knowledge
  • Ability to bridge IT, operations, maintenance teams, and leadership
  • Senior stakeholder handling with minimal supervision
  • Strong test governance and cross-stream coordination

WCM/PTW is especially critical there.

  • SAP PM/EAM process design
  • Maintenance execution
  • Work permits and safety governance
  • UAT/E2E testing
  • Change adoption
  • Business workshops
  • Coordination across functional streams
