SAP MDG Technical System Lead (Contract to Hire)

Location: India – Hyderabad
Contract: 6 months (Contract to Hire)
Work Model: Fully Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical System Lead to lead the technical design, development, and delivery of SAP MDG solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with proven leadership experience managing development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture and implementation of SAP MDG solutions
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP MDG developers
  • Drive technical design decisions across ABAP, BRF+, and MDG frameworks
  • Ensure solution readiness for Cloud-ready and future-state architectures
  • Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver scalable MDG solutions
  • Oversee technical quality, performance, and best practices

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP MDG technical experience
  • Proven experience in technical leadership / team lead roles
  • Strong expertise in ABAP and BRF+
  • Experience with SAP MDG data models, workflows, and enhancements
  • Familiarity with Cloud-ready mode and modern SAP architectures
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
