SAP HCM Consultant – HR / Customer Projects / Advisory (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support our clients in designing, implementing, and optimising modern HR system landscapes. You will act as a trusted advisor across the full project lifecycle — from analysis through to delivery and ongoing improvement.

This role combines consulting, technical configuration, and customer engagement within complex SAP HR environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse, advise, and design complex HR system and process landscapes
  • Implement and configure SAP HCM solutions in relevant modules
  • Support the digital transformation and optimisation of HR processes together with clients
  • Contribute to new business development and pre-sales activities (workshops, solution design, proposals)
  • Lead sub-projects or full project streams, depending on experience
  • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in SAP HCM consulting and implementation
  • Hands-on configuration experience in one or more of the following modules: PA, PY, OM and/or PT
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and team orientation
  • Strong communication skills with fluent German and good English
  • Experience working in client-facing consulting environments
