Job Description: SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our dynamic IT consulting team. Our focus is on delivering top-tier consulting, application management, and payroll services within the SAP® HCM and SAP® SuccessFactors landscape. As a valued team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous development of our clients' SAP® HCM solutions. You will collaborate closely with a motivated and technically proficient team, working on exciting projects and contributing to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of SAP® HCM solutions for our clients, including ongoing optimization, development, and support.
  • Introduce, create, and maintain authorization concepts within the SAP® HCM environment.
  • Participate in project work related to implementation, migration, and release changes in SAP® HCM.
  • Collaborate with a passionate and skilled team, contributing technical expertise and a positive attitude.

Required Qualifications

  • Practical experience in SAP® HCM application or consulting.
  • Knowledge in modules such as PA, PY, PT, and/or areas like personnel cost planning and organizational management (OM).
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in process optimization with ESS/MSS or in developing structural/context-sensitive authorization concepts is a plus.
  • Pragmatic, customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
