Job Title: SAP Fund Management (FM) Consultant
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Cyprus 
Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor
Duration: 6 Months + extensions
Language: English (Greek speaking is highly desirable)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Fund Management (FM) Consultant for a 6-month freelance engagement. The client is currently operating on SAP ECC and requires a consultant to assess the existing Fund Management setup, provide strategic options for SAP S/4HANA, and lead the blueprinting phase for the S/4 transformation.
The role is primarily remote; however, some onsite presence in Cyprus will be required to conduct workshops and engage with key stakeholders.
This is an English-speaking project. Greek language skills are highly desirable due to local stakeholder interaction but are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the current SAP ECC Fund Management (FM) landscape and processes
  • Provide strategic recommendations and solution options for migration to SAP S/4HANA
  • Lead and deliver the S/4HANA blueprint for Fund Management
  • Conduct onsite workshops in Cyprus to gather requirements and align stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs and roadmap recommendations
  • Advise on best practices for SAP FM within an S/4HANA environment
  • Identify integration impacts across related modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, PS)
  • Support planning for data migration and transition approach from ECC to S/4HANA
  • Produce clear documentation and executive-level recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong, hands-on experience in SAP Fund Management (FM)
  • Proven experience working with SAP ECC, including assessment and optimization
  • Experience delivering S/4HANA assessments, roadmaps, or blueprint phases
  • Solid understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and migration considerations
  • Experience running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting capacity
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

  • Greek language skills
  • Experience in public sector or regulated environments
  • Previous S/4HANA Fund Management transformation projects
