New implementation project needing a full-time-equivalent project manager with a can-do mindset. Someone who is not afraid to get hands-on and involved if needed. Workforce Management Software implementation, predominantly remote working, freelance/contract/b2b operating model. Some on-site may be required from time to time, but this is rather on a specific need basis.

English language project, Europe customer, must be based in Europe

Requirements Description: ---
5-10+ years hands-on experience as a project manager within HCM/HR/HRIS projects and programs
2+ E2E project opportunities 

Tasks Description: ---
Implement WFM for customer
Manage budget
Manage timelines and ensure project delivery
Liaise with stakeholders

Essential Skills/Experience Description: ---
2+ E2E Workforce Management Software implementations (UKG/Kronos/Clarion/Deel or similar)
SAP Fieldglass experience and exposure

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description: ---
Additional European languages don't hurt
