This is a strategic freelance opportunity for a senior architect capable of bridging business and IT stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance domains. The consultant will play a key role in defining the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring process alignment, and driving the end-to-end S/4HANA transformation.

  • Greenfield SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise architecture activities across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
  • Define and align target operating models across:
    • Supply Chain
    • Manufacturing
    • Finance
  • Drive end-to-end business process harmonization and integration
  • Support solution design workshops with business and system integrators
  • Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, SAP capabilities, and business objectives
  • Define governance, standards, and architectural principles for the S/4HANA landscape
  • Collaborate with program leadership, PMO, and functional streams
  • Support roadmap planning, integration strategy, and deployment governance
  • Challenge and validate solution designs proposed by implementation partners
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and transformation impacts across business functions

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience as SAP Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ideally on greenfield implementations
  • Proven experience across:
    • Supply Chain
    • Manufacturing
    • Finance processes
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration and end-to-end business architecture
  • Experience working in complex international industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both executive business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working with system integrators and offshore delivery models
