SAP Archiving Expert (m/f/d)
Remote in Germany

Are you an SAP professional with expertise in data archiving, ILM, and ArchiveLink? Do you enjoy combining technical know-how with compliance requirements to deliver efficient solutions?
 

Your Role

You’ll take responsibility for SAP archiving projects, including:

  • Designing and implementing archiving concepts
  • Configuring SAP data archiving and ensuring compliance (GDPR, audits, retention periods)
  • Managing SAP ArchiveLink, ILM, and DMS/ECM integrations
  • Defining custom archiving objects and adapting existing ones
  • Setting up automated archiving and documenting processes
 

What You Bring

  • Several years’ experience in SAP data archiving and ILM
  • Strong knowledge of ArchiveLink and external archive connections
  • Familiarity with GDPR/GoBD/HGB/AO requirements
  • Basic ABAP skills for analysing/adapting archiving processes
  • Good understanding of DMS/ECM interfaces and database/storage management
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach with strong communication skills
