Proven track record managing software development projects with distributed teams across multiple global locations Expert-level knowledge of CRM sales and customer service functionality, including integrations with external systems Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences Experience working in cross-functional teams comprising both technical and business stakeholders Salesforce certification (Admin, Developer, or Project Manager) (Optional) Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams across Global locations.
