Location: Netherlands 

🛠️ Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Azure Platform Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will play a key role in enabling automation, reliability, and performance across our cloud platforms, supporting both development and operations teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure infrastructure using IaaS and PaaS services

• Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

• Monitor and optimize cloud performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights

• Ensure security and compliance with RBAC, NSGs, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and security teams to support cloud-native applications

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide operational support across environments

• Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)

• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

• Understanding of cloud networking, identity, and access management

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools in Azure

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus
