Project Manager – Technical Delivery (ERP / Integrations & Interfaces)

Location: Johannesburg (onsite 4 days per week)
Contract: 12 months
Start: ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Project Manager to own the technical side of a complex ERP programme.

You will manage integrations, interfaces, and technical workstreams, ensuring solutions are delivered to quality, time, and scope. This role suits someone structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating developers, architects, and third-party vendors.

We need a strong executor – a “task master” who can drive plans forward and keep technical teams aligned and accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of all technical workstreams

  • Manage integrations, interfaces, data migration, and technical dependencies

  • Coordinate technical teams (internal and external)

  • Create and manage detailed delivery plans

  • Track progress, risks, and blockers

  • Ensure technical design and build stays aligned to architecture standards

  • Provide clear reporting and governance

  • Work within defined frameworks and delivery methodology

Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing ERP technical implementations

  • Strong understanding of integrations, interfaces, and system architecture

  • Experience leading development teams and vendors

  • Comfortable working closely with architects and technical leads

  • Strong planning, risk, and issue management skills

  • Able to operate hands-on when needed
