About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations and provide senior-level advisory expertise. This role requires a strong background in ERP delivery and deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, ensuring successful and timely delivery
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and best practices
  • Manage and coordinate offshore resources to support project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers
  • Ensure seamless system integration aligned with business objectives
  • Provide post-implementation support, resolving client queries and ensuring system stability

Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience, including at least 3 cloud-based implementations
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including both core and advanced functionalities
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as FRS, OTBI, and Smart View, with the ability to build complex financial reports
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant Oracle Cloud Financials certifications (preferred)
