M365 Consultant – Hybrid – Guyancourt

We are currently looking for an experienced M365 Expert to support a large-scale collaborative environment, working on platform stability, optimisation, and ongoing transformation initiatives.

Location: Guyancourt, France
Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract: 6-month rolling
Rate: €550 per day
Start: ASAP
On-call: Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stability, performance, and security of the M365 platform

  • Support migration, evolution, and optimisation of the collaboration environment

  • Manage complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the platform

Technical Scope:

  • Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Tenant, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform

  • Level 3 support across M365 services

  • Administration of tenant, permissions, sites, libraries, and workflows

  • Automation using PowerShell and Microsoft tooling

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Technical Leadership:

  • Create and maintain technical and operational documentation

  • Define procedures for L2/N2 support teams

  • Recommend architecture and security improvements
