We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead our infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless delivery pipelines, scalable systems, and reliable services. As a leader, you will guide a team of engineers, set best practices, and drive innovation across our DevOps culture.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.

  • Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

  • Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on performance, cost optimization, and security.

  • Monitor and improve system reliability, availability, and scalability through observability tools.

  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline workflows and ensure smooth integration of new features.

  • Establish best practices for DevOps processes, including version control, branching strategies, and release management.

  • Drive incident response and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve resilience.

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 5+ years in infrastructure and automation.

  • Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).

  • Hands-on knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).

  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).

  • Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps workflows.
