Role Overview

We are looking for a D365 Finance & Operations Technical Architect to support a large-scale ERP programme for over 40 entities. You will take ownership of solution architecture across the platform, working closely with delivery teams to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions are designed and implemented within a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and define the technical architecture for D365FO, ensuring scalable and maintainable solution design
  • Provide hands-on guidance to development teams, supporting design decisions and technical delivery
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and extension-based development standards
  • Design and oversee integrations with external systems using Azure services and APIs
  • Support release management, environment strategy, and CI/CD processes
  • Act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders, supporting solution design and issue resolution

Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience as a D365FO Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead
  • Deep understanding of X++, D365FO architecture, and development frameworks
  • Proven experience delivering integration solutions using Azure technologies
  • Experience working in multi-entity, complex ERP programmes
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and automated deployment processes
  • Comfortable working in contract environments with fast delivery timelines
