Start Date: Earliest: December 1st, 2025 | Latest: January 2026 Location: Remote (must work on Portuguese time zone) Contract Type: B2B Duration: 12-month initial contract + extension Language: English (Portuguese not required) Overview: The Portuguese division of a leading Microsoft Gold Partner is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a strong focus on the Sales module to support a long-term transformation programme. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, provided they can align with Portuguese working hours. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, with emphasis on the Sales module • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Build and maintain integrations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development • Proven expertise in the Sales module (custom entities, workflows, plugins, JavaScript, etc.) • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong advantage • Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines is a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote set
