Responsibilities
Leading and Management: Taking ownership of implementation projects and leading the functional aspects.
Workshops & Configuration: Conducting client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective BC/NAV configurations.
Implementation & Training: Managing the full project lifecycle, including system setup, configuration, data migration, and providing comprehensive user training.
Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the main functional point of contact, ensuring clear, senior-level communication across all project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
Technical Expertise: General senior-level expertise within the Business Central ERP ecosystem.
Core Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead/manage projects, configure the system, conduct client workshops, provide user training, and successfully implement solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective senior stakeholder communication and cross-functional communication.
Language: Must be proficient in both English and French.
