The Opportunity

As an SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant, you will support organisations throughout their ERP transformation journey, helping them successfully transition to SAP S/4HANA and modern cloud-based environments.

Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and SAP specialists, you will help define future-state operating models, optimise business processes, and deliver transformation strategies that create measurable business value.

You will contribute across key business domains including:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Manufacturing & Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes from assessment through to deployment.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to analyse current processes and define future-state solutions.
  • Advise clients on ERP transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Support SAP Cloud ERP, Private Cloud, and hybrid transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional experts to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and become a key advisor throughout transformation programmes.
  • Stay at the forefront of SAP innovations, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within SAP environments and enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, or implementation projects.
  • Understanding of business processes within Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Retail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP, SAP RISE, SAP GROW, or Private Cloud environments is highly desirable.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are advantageous.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
