Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chatbot Expert with deep experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent conversational agents within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP), cloud-native architectures, and Azure AI services, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly chatbot solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Chatbot Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbot solutions using Azure-native services.
  • Build conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialog management systems.
  • Implement multi-turn conversations with contextual awareness and personalization.
  • Integrate chatbots across channels (web, mobile, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, etc.).

Azure AI & Data

  • Leverage Azure services such as:
    • Azure Bot Service
    • Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Speech, Vision APIs)
    • Azure OpenAI Service
    • Azure AI Language (LUIS / Conversational Language Understanding)
  • Deploy and manage chatbot infrastructure using Azure App Services, Functions, and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Integrate with backend systems via REST APIs, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • Develop and optimize NLP models for intent recognition and entity extraction.
  • Train, test, and refine language models for improved accuracy and performance.
  • Implement multilingual and sentiment-aware chatbot capabilities
